VEGA 1/0346/22: Čo (ne)vieme o rode Crepidotus (Agaricomycotina, huby) (2022 – 2025); vedúca projektu. Cieľom projektu je Overiť ohraničenie európskych druhov rodu Crepidotus a ich fylogenetickú príbuznosť na základe analýzy viacerých regiónov DNA. Revidovať nomenklatúru druhov štúdiom morfologických znakov a sekvenovaním typového a iného originálneho materiálu. Sledovať evolúciu morfologických znakov a možnú spojitosť s adaptáciou na substrát a mikroklimatické podmienky. Pripraviť monografiu rodu Crepidotus na Slovensku.

KEGA 030UK-4/2022: (Ne)zelené listy z botaniky. Sinice, riasy, machorasty a huby / (Non)green worksheets from botany. Cyanobacteria, algae, bryophytes and fungi (2022); vedúca projektu. Cieľom projektu je formou pracovných listov vypracovať úlohy na cvičenia predmetov zameraných na sinice, riasy, machorasty a huby. Primárne sú určené pre programy vysokých škôl, uplatniť sa však môžu aj na nižších úrovniach vzdelávania.

APVV -15-0210: Distribučný potenciál rôznych trofických skupín húb v Európe / Distribution potential of different fungal trophic groups in Europe (2016 – 2020); člen riešiteľského kolektívu. Cieľom projektu je identifikovať geografické elementy a určiť bioklimatické a geografické faktory, ktoré vplývajú na distribučný areál troch modelových skupín húb s rôznou trofiou v Európe: lichenizované (Placynthium, Solenopsora), ektomykorízne (Russula) a parazitické (Erysiphaceae). Kľúčovým zdrojom dát budú dáta o výskyte presne definovaných taxónov húb (geneticky, morfologicky, anatomicky) doplnené o ekologické metadáta.

VEGA 2/0018/18: Systematika a fylogenéza rodu Dermoloma v Európe a Severnej Amerike / Systematics and phylogeny of the genus Dermoloma in Europe and North America (2018 – 2021); zástupca projektu. Cieľom projektu je definovať európske a severoamerické taxóny rodu Dermoloma molekulárnymi aj morfologickými metódami a priradiť k nim správne mená. Budú sa tiež analyzovať environmentálne pôdne vzorky a hľadať vhodný barcode na odlíšenie druhov za pomoci NGS (metagenomics).

APVV-15-0210: Distribučný potenciál rôznych trofických skupín húb v Európe / Distribution potential of different fungal trophic groups in Europe (2016 – 2020); člen riešiteľského kolektívu. Cieľom projektu je v rámci každej trofickej skupiny identifikovať geografické elementy a určiť bioklimatické a geografické faktory, ktoré vplývajú na ich distribučný areál. Okrem toho budeme sledovať vplyv environmentálnych faktorov na prítomnosť vybraných morfologických znakov. Pripravíme predikciu vývoja distribučného areálu voči klimatickým scenárom budúcnosti.
