2019 - 2022: Proactivities for biodiversity in the regions of Slovakia [ITMS 2014+: 310011N463] - member of the research team. The aim of the project is the implementation of activities aimed at involving the general public in the active protection of nature and biodiversity within micro-regions, raising environmental awareness and finding solutions in a proactive way. The main target group of the project is the general public. We want to provide relevant information on environmental issues, threat factors of its components, but also the possibilities of nature and landscape protection, green infrastructure, strengthening biodiversity and improving the overall quality of the environment in individual regions of Slovakia. https://fns.uniba.sk/bioreg/

2

2019 - 2022: The effects of road communications on the biota of the agricultural landscape in climate change conditions [VEGA 1/0155/19] - member of the research team. The project is focused in road ecology in agricultural landscape. Its scientific object is to execute the analysis of the current state and effects (impacts) of the road network on the landscape and the biota. A system of case studies will be used for the solution which will enable to cover the variability of impact of the road network on the landscape/biota as well as the possibility of efficient use of various methodologies. It will help to understand the local variability of the species diversity in relation to the road as a line anthropogenic construction in the agricultural landscape. Currently, this diversity is influenced also by the climatic change, so in the targeted parts of landscape there might be significant changes of dynamics of the community development (spreading invasive species, weeds and pests). Thus the project will make a significant contribution to the knowledge of the road biota, but it will also help to minimise the impact of the road network on the agricultural landscape.

2022-2024: BIODIVedu – Biodiverzita v urbánnom prostredí – tvorba náučných lokalít, BIODIVedu –Biodiversity in urban environment - the education sites creation [008UK-4/2022] - the main project solver. The main objective of the project is the use of innovative forms in education and linking the illustrative external projection of information with environmental education and training at primary schools. It is a research and summarization of selected sites knowledge in terms of biodiversity aspects, key species, habitats, ecological connections in the urban environment and subsequently the creation of educational materials for the given locations usable for elementary schools in Bratislava and Komárno.
