Phytoindication of environmental mutagenesis and aerobiological analysis in the prevention and minimalisation of negative effects of the environment on the health condition of the population
An early and qualified detection of negative influences of the environment on the health condition of the population has a great role in their prevention and alleviation. Phytoindication has an important role in the indication of genotoxicity in both laboratory tests of xenobiotic substances and in situ, where it is able to detect the degree of mutagenic and genotoxic effects in the real complex of the environment. Aeropalynological analysis is important for a whole scale of autoimmune diseases, where its experimental results enable their prevention, but also contribute to understanding of the causes and mechanisms of polinoses. The goal of this project is the creation, validation and development of original methods, which enable the phytoindication of ecogenotoxicity at all structural and functional levels of the genome organisation and aerobiological analysis for permanent indication of allergising microsporogenetic factors.
