VI.5 - Participation in conducting (leading) the most important research projects or art projects over the last six years
1

APVV-23-0350 - Consequences of exposure to artificial light at night during pregnancy on physiological parameters and behavioural strategies of rat offspring – The project aims to study the effects of ALAN on the developmental programming of the circadian system, endocrine regulatory axes, and behavioural strategies as well. At the same time, we will also aim to identify the underlying mechanisms that may mediate these effects, both at the level of maternal physiology and behaviour and at the level of the offspring.

2

VEGA 2/0163/24 - Experimental approach of simulating risks in real life: The effect of long-term exposure to a chemical mixture of pesticides, contaminants, and food additives at low doses in a multigenerational study in rats (scientific co-worker) – The project is aimed at evaluating the pre- and postnatal effects of developmental neurotoxicity and immunotoxicity of the mixture 14 chemicals from the group of pesticides and food additives, as well as to evaluate systemic toxicity in pregnant and lactating females and young and adult offspring.

3

VEGA 1/0455/23 - Mechanism of rhythmic profile generation in miRNA expression (scientific co-worker) – The project is aimed at studying the mechanisms of generation of the daily profile of miRNA levels in tissues and circulation.

4

APVV-20-0241 - Role of the circadian system in colorectal cancer progression mediated by estradiol and miRNA (scientific co-worker) – The project is focused on importance of the circadian system in the regulation of the progression of colorectal cancer mediated by estradiol and miRNA.

5

VEGA 2/0154/20 - Prenatal disease programming in adulthood: treatment options and prevention of the consequences of prenatal hypoxia in the offspring of rats (scientific co-worker) – The project is focused on finding the possibility of using antioxidants targeted at mitochondria in a model of late gestational hypoxia.

6

VEGA 1/0679/19 - The role of clock genes and their functionally related miRNAs in the excretory effects of factors regulating cell cycle progression (scientific co-worker) – The project is focused on the research of circadian-mediated regulation of cell cycle progression in relation to two humoral factors (melatonin and angiotensin II) and one physical influence (high frequency electromagnetic waves).
