1/0899/16: Vývoj nových multidimenzionálnych chromatografických metód na analýzu a charakterizáciu biomakromolekúl, 2016-2018, zodpovedný riešiteľ. Projekt je zameraný na vývoj nových metód kvapalinovej chromatografie na analýzu a charakterizáciu vybraných biomakromolekúl, ktorý sú významné z hľadiska priemyselného využitia (napr. humínové látky, ligníny, polysacharidy), z hľadiska medicínskej diagnostiky (bielkoviny a enzýmy) a farmaceutického výskumu (rekonbinantné proteíny) využitím on-line kombinácie dvoch alebo viacerých metód kvapalinovej chromatografie. / 1/0899/16: Developement of novell multidimensional liquid chromatography methods for analysis and characterization of biomacromolecules, 2016-2018, principal investigator. The aims of the project is design and development of novel methods of liquid chromatography for analysis and characterization of some from industrial point-of-view distinct biomacromolecules (humic substances, lignin, polysacharides) and from point-of-view medical diagnostics (proteins, enzymes) or pharmaceutical research (recombinant proteins) by utilization of on-line combination of two or more liquid chromatography methods.

Aplikačne orientovaný projekt, riešený v spolupráci s Katedrou experimentálnej fyziky na Fakulte matematiky, fyziky a informatiky Univerzity Komenského v Bratislave, zameraný na štúdium aplikačných možností nových ortogonálnych miniaturizovaných a mikroseparačných analytických systémov pre rýchly monitoring biologických, environmentálnych a forenzných vzoriek a vytvorenie novej koncepcie kombinovaných mikroseparačných techník na báze kvapalinovej chromatografie a elektroforézy s iónovou pohyblivostnou spektrometriou. / APVV-17-0318: Application possibilities of new orthogonal miniaturized and microseparation analytical systems for rapid monitoring of biological, environmental and forensic samples, 2018-2022, co-investigator. Application-oriented project, solved in cooperation with the Department of Experimental Physics at the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics, Comenius University in Bratislava, focused on studying the application possibilities of new orthogonal miniaturized and microseparation analytical systems for rapid monitoring of biological, environmental and forensic samples and creating a new concept of combined microseparation. techniques based on liquid chromatography and electrophoresis with ion mobility spectrometry.

APVV-17-0373: Nové malé molekuly a bioaktívne nanočastice pre terapiu zápalových a degeneratívnych ochorení kostí a kĺbov, 2018–2022, spoluriešiteľ. Projekt je zameraný na aplikační potenciál malých molekúl a nanosystémov s cielenou distribúciou. Aplikovaný výskum je v spolupráci s medicínskymi pracoviskami zameraný na ovplyvnenie niektorých degeneratívnych ochorení pohybového systému, predovšetkým na kĺby, kosti a chrupavky. / APVV-17-0373: New Small Molecules and Bioactive Nanoparticles for Therapy of Inflammatory and Degenerative Diseases of Bones and Joints, 2018–2022, co-investigator. The project is focused on the application potential of small molecules and nanosystems with targeted distribution. Applied research, in cooperation with medical institutions, focuses on influencing some degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system, especially the joints, bones and cartilage.

VEGA 1/0678/19: Výskyt, distribúcia a stanovenie chemických prvkov platinovej skupiny a platinových cytostatík v tuhých matriciach životného prostredia (pôda, sedimenty a kaly) využitím moderných metód chemickej analýzy, 2019-2021, spoluriešiteľ. Projekt je zameraný na štúdium výskytu, distribúcie a stanovenie chemických prvkov platinovej skupiny a platinových (Pt) cytostatík v tuhých matriciach životného prostredia (urbánna pôda, riečny sediment a kaly). / VEGA 1/0678/19: Occurrence, distribution and determination of chemical elements of platinum group and platinum cytostatics in solid matrices of the environment (soil, sediments and sludge) using modern methods of chemical analysis, 2019-2021, co-investigator. The project is focused on the study of occurrence, distribution and determination of elements of platinum (Pt) group and Pt cytostatics in solid matrices of the environment (urban land, river sediment and sludge).

KEGA 069UK-4/2019: Interaktívna výučba analytických detekčných a identifikačných metód, 2019-2020, spoluriešiteľ. Projekt zameraný na implementáciu novej motivujúcej formy výučby analytických detekčných a identifikačných metód pre bakalársky a magisterský stupeň vysokoškolského štúdia. Výstupom projektu je multimediálna učebnica, ktorá má za cieľ aktívne motivovať študentov vysokých škôl s prírodovedným zameraním ku komplexnému pohľadu na miesto, súčasné možnosti a výzvy analytických detekčných a identifikačných metód v postupoch chemickej analýzy. / KEGA 087UK-4/2016: Interactive learning of analytical detection and identification methods, 2019-2020, co-investigator. Project focused on the implementation of a new motivating form of teaching analytical detection and identification methods for bachelor's and master's degrees. The output of the project is a multimedia textbook, which aims to actively motivate university students with a natural science focus on a comprehensive view of the place, current possibilities and challenges of analytical detection and identification methods in chemical analysis procedures.
