Initiator of legislative changes regarding the rigorous examination process: Initiated a public petition calling for changes to the legal framework governing the conferral of the JUDr. academic degree (https://www.peticie.com/judr), which led to a compromise legislative amendment allowing master’s theses and doctoral dissertations to be recognized as rigorosum theses and the doctoral dissertation defense as a rigorosum examination (Section 61(1) of Act No. 300/2025 Coll. on Higher Education Institutions). At Comenius University, the recognition of final theses was first made possible by Internal Regulation No. 19/2026, effective as of September 25, 2026.
