Ivica Kolečáni Lenčová has been working at the department as a university teacher since 2014. Her scientific and pedagogical activity is mainly focused on the field of didactics of foreign languages. In her lectures and seminars at the bachelor, master and doctoral level, she communicates new approaches and models in foreign language teaching (holistic approach, functional connection of new media with artistic artefacts), didactics of literature in the context of post-communicative interactive didactics and alternative pedagogical concepts (holistic pedagogy). She is a supervisor and opponent of final bachelor theses, diploma theses, rigorous and dissertation theses, opponent of habilitation theses (Charles University Prague, MU Brno, UMB Banská Bystrica, UCM Trnava). She is a supervisor of student theses of the Czech University of Applied Sciences (2016 - participation of a student in the all-faculty round, 2021 - 1st place of a student in the all-faculty round with advancement).
