ITMS:26110230098 Improvement of university training of future teachers of Slovak language

and Slovak literature at primary and secondary schools with the language of instruction of

national minorities using the methods of teaching foreign languages at UCM.The project

responded to the professional knowledge on the methods of teaching Slovak language, their

effectiveness and ineffectiveness. Possibilities were sought for the creation of education of

future teachers of the Slovak language also by the method of teaching as a foreign language.In

the creation of the programmes, existing knowledge and consultations with domestic and

foreign experts, field research, expertise and knowledge of teachers from practice were

used.At the same time, a line of study programmes was created, syllabi and study materials

were created, including transformation into e-learning form. The project was implemented in

accordance with the draft concept of education and training of national minorities, which was

approved by the Government of the Slovak Republic No.1100/2007 and No.196/2010 on the

draft programme to improve the quality of teaching of the state language in schools with the

language of instruction of national minorities. In accordance with the project, the publication J.

development at the FF UCM in Trnava.09/2013-08/2015In the process of project

implementation, the creation of the educational program of higher education pedagogy was

carried out and the line of theoretical and practical teaching of the educational program was

elaborated, in the direction of its use in the development of pedagogical competencies of

teachers of the FF UCM. In the solved activities the doctoral programmes for ethnology and

English language and culture in professional communication were also developed. Through the

project, a higher level of experts for ethnology and English language was applied with the

verification of forms, methods and means of quality training of doctoral students with an

orientation to the development of critical and comparative thinking,

Dimensions of the revitalization of an ethnic minority in Slovakia: interdisciplinary rescue

research of the disappearing Huncokárov ethnic group. APVV-15-0360- co-investigator. The

project analysed the ethnological, linguistic and educational aspects and contexts of the life

and work of the border German experts (woodcutters) in the territory of western Slovakia. The

aim of the project was to renew the knowledge about the life and work of these people in

connection with their revitalization in the present time. The research was carried out in

cooperation with living memoirs, literary sources and archival materials, resulting in the

Risk behaviors in adolescence, their incidence and influencing factors. VEGA 1/0042/17 - coinvestigator.

The project was psychologically-pedagogically oriented to address the causes,

conditions and consequences of adolescents' risk behaviour with the search for an optimal

approach to their removals.
