APVV project No. 17-0254 Jazykové a komunikačné problémy na Slovensku a ich manažment. Language and Communicati on Problems in Slovakia and Their Management. The project aims at disclosing various types of language problems as well as concomitant communication problems which speech communities in Slovakia face, with a special regard to the Slovak community as the majority community, then to the Hungarian and the Roma communities, which are minority communities with a substantial number of speakers, finally the community of the Carpathian Germans as a small community. Project manager.

VEGA project No. 1/0106/21 Kultúrna pamäť, problematika prekladu a plurilingvizmus v kontexte maďarskej literárnej vedy a lingvistiky. Cultural memory, problems of translation and plurilingualism in the context of Hungarian literature and linguistics. The project focuses on the analysis of translations and plurilingualism based on concept of cultural translation, of cultural memory, on relevance theory, and theory of plurilingualism. VEGA project No. 1/072/17 Preklad, kultúrna hybridita a plurilingvizmus v kontexte maďarskej literárnej vedy a lingvistiky. Translation, cultural hybridity and plurilingualism in the context of Hungarian literary study and linguistics. The project focused on the analysis of translations and different literary as well as linguistic phenomena with special emphasis on cultural and linguistic hybridity. Deputy project manager.

VEGA project No. 1/051/14 Ideológie, identity a sebareprezentácia v kontexte lingvistiky a literárnej vedy v multikulturálnom priestore. Ideologies, identities and self-representation in the context of linguistics and literary science in a multicultural space. The aim of the project was to formulate the theoretical and practical concept of the impacts of language ideologies on the ethnic, linguistic and national identity as well as the self-representation in the multicultural space of Slovakia. Project team member.

APVV project No. 0689-12 Slovenčina v kontexte viacjazyčných spoločenstiev na Slovensku. The Slovak Language in the Context of Multilingual Communities in Slovakia. The project analysed the relationship between the Slovak and the autochthonous minority languages as well as the Czech language, investigated the present language situation and presented older and newer data about historical and contemporary multilingualism in Slovakia in a unified conceptual frame.
