VEGA 1/0061/18 Analýza bioaktívnych látok asociovaných s Myším herpetickým vírusom s antiproliferatívnymi a imunomodulačnými vlastnosťami v podmienkach in vitro a in vivo (01/18 – 12/21), zodpovedná riešiteľka projektu. Charakterizovali sme vybrané frakcie MHGF-68 s antiproliferatívnymi účinkami in vitro na rôznych bunkových líniách a in vivo na modeli laboratórnych nahých myší.

VEGA (2016 – 2019)Hantavírusy a prekračovanie druhových bariér.

KEGA 008UK-4/2019 Integrácia interaktívnych elektronických učebníc a e-learningových procesov vo výučbe imunológie a virológie (01/19 – 12/21), zodpovedná riešiteľka projektu. Interaktívne elektronické učebnice budú v integrácii s e-learningovými systémami zavedené do procesov výučby imunológie a virológie.

APVV-16-0518 (2017-2021), O ovciach, kozách a víruse kliešťovej encefalitídy (Of Sheep, Goats and Tick-borne Encephalitis virus).. Projekt predstavuje originálnu štúdiu venovanú problému niektorých salašoch, kde nastalo nakazenie ovčieho a kozieho mlieka. Pridaním kozieho mlieka do ovčieho dochádza k potravinovej epidémií kliešťovej encefalitídy na Slovensku. Účasť na riešení.

1/0146/23: Study of drugs based on glycosaminoglycans, sulfated heteropolysaccharides and live bacterial strains with

antiproliferative and immunomodulatory properties in vitro and in vivo.

The aim of the project is to monitor the phagocytic activity of macrophages by increasing the production of

GcMAF protein in the body by using drugs prepared on the basis of glycosaminoglycans, sulfated

heteropolysaccharides and live bacterial strains. In the research we will study the antiproliferative, antitumor and

immunomodulatory effects of these substances. The essence of the immunomodulatory effect of substances

based on glycosaminoglycans-low molecular weight chondroitin sulphate and fucoidan-sulphated

heteropolysaccharide containing fucose and galactosamine is the in vivo increase of GcMAF protein production

by inhibition of nagalase activity. Initially, we will start testing substances on 2D and 3D cell cultures. Following

targeted subcutaneous administration of tumor cells to laboratory mice, we will monitor the effect of the oral drug

on progression as well as inhibition of xenografts formed. We anticipate that experimental studies will bring

medically significant markers to GcMAF immunotherapy.
