• 2020 – until now: in cooperation with Mgr. Adriana Poliaková, PhD. and colleagues from n.o. Greenpower and the private educational and consulting company Maxman Consultants compiled and included in the educational program of the master's degree Teaching Pedagogy in combination (however, the subject is accessible to all students of the faculty at the bachelor's level of study - we are still compiling the educational group) Tvorivá tried the optional subject. Lecturers from Microsoft (topic: Project Based Learning), Aceenture (topic: Design Thinking) and Pixel Federation (topic: Radical Candor), mentors from n.o. Leaf and SZŠ Felix and Edulienka from Bratislava. Today, this subject is included as a two-phase subject Curious Learning 1 and Curious Learning 2 as an elective subject in the study plan of the Social Science Foundation for teachers.

 • 2020: organization of online Design Thinking training for students and colleagues from PdF UK in Bratislava, within the program: New Generation of Founders, A Grow with Google Programme.

• 2018-2019 he received financial support from the Tatrabanka Foundation for the "BeTeacher" project, in the framework of which he implemented the innovation of the course Pedagogical diagnostics, as part of the master's study program of the pedagogical-psychological and social science basis of teaching.

• Founding member and repeatedly invited participant of the KIVY event - innovative teaching conference (2019), which took place at the Faculty of Education and Natural Sciences of the Comenius University in Bratislava. The aim of the actions is to mediate the transfer of innovations to the teacher training process for both primary and lower secondary levels. Main organizer n.o. Hint.

• 2015 – 2016 Participation in the preparation and implementation of lectures and workshops: collaborator Ivar Nordmo and Robert Gray from the Pedagogical Institute, Faculty of Psychology, University of Bergen - for colleagues and students from the entire Comenius University within the project: SK06-IV-02-0006 Name: Creation of tools for improving the quality of university teachers in the field of research and management of teaching and learning processes, a project of the EHP Slovakia scholarship program. (PdF UK in Bratislava). As part of the project, we also made three weekly visits to Bergen: once by a mixed group of colleagues and students, the second visit only by colleagues from the Faculty of Education of the Charles University in Bratislava, and the third visit by only a small working group from the project.

• 2020 organization of a lecture by associate professor Marek Tesár from the Faculty of Education and Social Work, Auckland University, NZ focused on the process of training future teachers in New Zealand for colleagues and students of the Faculty of Education of the UK in Bratislava.
