Within the pedagogical activities, he tries to promote interactive forms of education and the conceptual connection of theory with current practice and the latest trends, actively organizes workshops and lectures with experts from practice or with representatives of selected institutions (he also lectures for the University Technological Incubator of STU, currently participates in the project of the Fair Foundation O2 Consumer Literacy for All). He also uses his experience from teaching mobility at foreign universities and colleges, within the Socrates/Erasmus programme at the Universidade de Coimbra, Istanbul Kültür University, Ecole Supériore de Commerce de Chambéry, or external work at the University of South Bohemia in České Budějovice, the University of Economics in Prague and the Tomas Bata University in Zlín. An important result of his activities is the interest of domestic and foreign authors in publishing in the journal Marketing Science and Inspirations, an established international scientific journal devoted to the issues of marketing and marketing management, which has been included in the research databases EBSCOhost since 2013, in the research database Ulrichsweb since 2014, in EconBiz since 2015, and in ERIH PLUS since 2018. The journal has also created a space for the presentation of the results of scientific research of PhD students of the Faculty of Management, as well as other domestic and foreign universities and colleges.

The ŠKODA AUTO College, Mladá Boleslav, and the University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, School of Business & Management, Steyr, have been cooperating for a long time in its publication.
