THE IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION AND THE POPULARIZATION OF THE HYBRID WORK MODEL ON THE WORK ETIQUETTE OF GENERATION Z

ABSTRACT:

The article draws attention to work etiquette in the context of digitalization and hybrid work, with an emphasis on generational differences between Millennials and Generation Z. In the text, we explain that Generation Z often lacks experience with formal communication and professional habits, which affects adaptation to the workplace. The hybrid work model changes traditional norms of behavior and weakens etiquette habits, and in the paper we emphasize the need for clearly defined rules, training and an organizational environment supporting professional behavior.
