Podmienkou udelenia súhlasu s vykonaním dizertačnej skúšky je získanie najmenej 50 kreditov a absolvovanie predmetov študijnej časti doktorandského štúdia v skladbe určenej študijným programom a individuálnym študijným plánom.
Doktorand môže podať žiadosť o povolenie obhajoby dizertačnej práce, ak získal najmenej 150 kreditov a spĺňa podmienky stanovené študijným programom a individuálnym študijným plánom.
