            <popisTypuTextu>Conditions for completion of course</popisTypuTextu>
            <texty>
               <p>A student may take the state exam</p>
               <p>a) after obtaining at least such number of credits that, after obtaining credits for successfully passing the state exams, he/she has reached the necessary number of credits for proper completion of the study,</p>
               <p>b) after successfully completing the compulsory subjects, compulsory elective subjects and elective subjects in the composition determined by the study program,</p>
               <p>c) after fulfilling the student's obligations arising from Section 71, paragraph 3 letter b of the Higher Education Act,</p>
               <p>d) if no disciplinary proceedings are being conducted against him/her.</p>
               <p>Successful completion of a state exam subject is one of the conditions for successful completion of the study program. The state exam subject is evaluated by the state exam commission with classification levels A to FX. The examination commission decides on the evaluation of the state exam or its part by consensus. If the examination commission fails to reach a consensus, the evaluation of the state exam or its part is decided by voting.</p>
               <p>In accordance with the wording of the Faculty Study Regulations (RP 5/2020, Art. 15), the framework dates of state exams are set by the Dean and the Faculty Study Schedule. Departments are required to publish their</p>
               <p>dates of state exams on the website no later than 5 weeks before their date. The student registers for the state exam via the academic information system at least three weeks before its date.</p>
               <p>The student is entitled to one regular and two retake dates of the state exam. The regular date is the one for which the student first registered on the date set for the state exam. If the student was assessed with an FX grade on the regular state exam date, the student may take the retake dates of the state exam</p>
               <p>a) on the following dates for state exams in the relevant academic year or</p>
               <p>b) on the dates for state exams in one of the following academic years in accordance with Section 65, Paragraph 2 of the Higher Education Act.</p>
               <p>If a student is unable to attend the state examination date for which he/she has registered for serious reasons, he/she is obliged to apologize in writing to the chairman of the examination board in advance or no later than three working days after the date of the state examination or its part, if there were serious obstacles that prevented him/her from apologizing in advance. If a student fails to appear for the state examination or its part on the specified date without an apology, or if the chairman of the examination board does not accept his/her apology, he/she will be assessed with a grade of FX for the given state examination date. The assessment (A-Fx) reflects the level of translation skills that the student demonstrates in writing.</p>

               <p>A student who passes the state exam comprehensively masters the issues of the state exam in the context of the specified areas. He has theoretical and practical knowledge based on the current state of knowledge.</p>
               <p>By successfully passing the state exam subject, the student demonstrates that he has mastered the Latin language theoretically and is proficient in practical language skills. He is able to translate written coherent texts from Latin into Slovak and from Slovak into Latin. He has</p>
               <p>systematic knowledge of the language and style of significant representatives of Roman literature according to the prescribed reading and is able to translate and interpret their works.</p>
